MOVING more is a good thing. And I emphasise walking because it’s basically the vegetables of movement/exercise/training. 8000 a day is a good place to shoot. The more the better. Remember, this should be a habit you keep for good.-Although I believe in calorie tracking no matter how much someone who’s never had a weight problem doesn’t like it, I bet if you focused the next year on building these habits one by one, you’d see remarkable change.
