Those are cubes of sugar next to each of those items….just to get a visual of the hidden sugars in our food. Our bodies need sugar to function properly but if you notice there is plenty of sugar in many of the fruits and veggies we should be eating on a daily basis. Eating foods with "added" sugars just increases your chances of probable health issues.
