This is @_healthy_after_42 and this is her story….” During my 20s and 30s I tried losing weight a few times. I would take diet pills and not eat. I would lose weight then stop dieting only to gain it back plus some. My highest weight ever was 245lbs during my ealy 30s. My lowest weight was 148lbs Christmas 2011. How did I get to 148lbs? Phentermime and starvation again I lost 65lbs and my hair fell out (in a 4 month period ) From 2012 to 2014 I gained and lost the same weight.I would diet for a few weeks then stop and regain again. So finally on December 3rd 2014 at 194.6lbs I decided to start my #instagram account for accountability. I would post my food weight and exercise. I wasn’t sure on what plan to follow #lowcarb or #cleaneating (I knew that I would give up sugar or bad carbs for sure ) So I did a combination lowcarb and clean. As far as exercise I forced myself to move I used to hate it! Now I like it.. Not love yet but like. I do love how I feel during it and when I’m done. So over the last 13 months I have lost 35lbs without starvation and exercising 4 to 5 times a week 1hr. It might not seem like much weightloss but I feel good about it. I have never felt healthier I feel better than I did in my 20s and 30s.
